Pactus is an AI-powered document workspace that helps your team review contracts, claim files and filings, find answers cited to the source line and draft documents in your house style. It runs in our EU cloud or on your own infrastructure and connects to your existing document system and databases.

6.1 This Agreement shall commence on the Effective Date and continue for an initial term of thirty-six (36) months, unless earlier terminated as set forth herein.
6.2 Upon expiration of the Initial Term, this Agreement shall automatically renew for successive twelve-month periods unless either party provides ninety (90) days' written notice of non-renewal prior to the end of the then-current term.
6.3 Either party may terminate this Agreement immediately upon written notice for a material breach by the other party that remains uncured for thirty (30) days following written notice of such breach.
Pactus is a platform for document work. It reads your documents, answers questions about them, fills tables from them and drafts new ones.
We built Pactus for clients whose documents cannot leave the company. It can run entirely on your side, in which case nobody (including us) sees your files.
Private cloud or on-premise, including air-gapped installations. Documents stay in your network and PactusAI is not a data processor.
Pactus reads documents from your existing storage, such as a shared drive or SharePoint. You do not need to move anything. If you use a system we do not support yet, we add the connection for you.
Document reading and OCR run on models we build and host ourselves. For the language model, choose an open-weight model on your own hardware or a cloud provider under a data-processing agreement. No customer data is used for training.
Pactus is available as a hosted workspace, as an installation in your own environment, or as an API.
